The Alta Murgia is waking up from Winter. It has just stopped raining and the almond trees in bloom are blown away by a wet wind. The road that stretches up to Minervino is surrounded by dozens of swirling windmill blades. It’s dawn, silence is broken only by the sound of our wheels touching the asphalt. Our journey has just started.
