You just know it’s inevitable that e-bikes are going to be increasingly popular and visible on the trails. It’s happening already, I’ve seen a few high-end machines around here already, probably ridden by people who were anti until they actually rode one.

Rage Against The Machine bassist Tim Commerford isn’t someone you’d want to mess with and I bet he doesn’t get much grief on the trails. I’d read an article in Bike Mag years ago about his love of riding with his young neighbour Marshall Mullen, and with a few more years under their belts they are still ripping around together, just with a bit of assist. Kinda like acoustic and electric guitars, they’re both great and neither are going away any time soon. Let the rage begin.
